Guide on managing Domain

Accessing Domain Details

  1. Navigate to Your Domain: If you already "Login" into your account, click "My domains" on the top left corner of the page.

  2. Access the Domain's Detail: Click on the icon if you choose to view that domain details.

Managing Domain Contacts

View Contact Information inside Domain: If you scroll down on the page, you will be able to view the details of your domain's contacts such as registrant contact, administrative contact, billing contact, and technical contact.

How to Edit Billing and Technical Contact

  1. Edit Contact Information: After you click the button, there will be a dropdown of list contacts you have added. You may choose the contact that you preferred for Billing and Technical.

  1. Save Changes: Click the "Update" button to apply your changes.

Managing Nameservers

  1. View Nameservers Details: Click the "Nameservers" on tab to view list of nameservers inside your domain.

  1. Access Nameservers Information: Click on the button to update Nameservers details.

Edit Default Nameserver: You will be able to tick on the "Default nameserver" if you want.

How to Add New Nameserver

  1. Add new Nameserver: You can add your own custom nameserver by clicking button. You will require to fill in "Hostname" field.

  1. Add specific IP Address: If you want to set your own personal IPV4 and IPV6, you can also tick the "Glue" checkbox and fill in the IPV4 and IPV6 field.

Access DNSSEC Tab: Click the "DNSSEC" on tab to view DNSSEC information.

How to Add DNSSEC Records

Add New DNSSEC: If you need to add a new key, click the button and enter the required key details, such as the key tag, algorithm, digest type, and digest value.

How to Delete DNSSEC Record

Delete Existing DNSSEC: To permanently remove an existing DNSSEC record, simply click on bin icon next to the record.
