Guide on how to buy domain

Adding Domain to Cart

  1. Review Domain: Once you search and select a domain, you’ll be showing the domain details including price and period.

  2. Confirm Selection: If you are satisfied with the domain, click "Add to Cart".

  3. View Cart: If you want to view your cart, you can find a shopping cart icon in the top right corner. You also can view all the domains you add inside cart by clicking "View All".

Proceed to Checkout

  1. Access Cart: Click on the cart icon, typically located in the top right corner of the page, to review your selected items.

  2. Verify Domain Details: Ensure that the domain name is correct.

  3. Proceed to Checkout: Click the "Checkout" button to continue.

  1. Details Confirmation: Before you proceed to make payment, you will need to make sure that the icon is blue. If the icon is red, you will need to click on the icon to fill in certain details

  1. Enter Contact Information Details: Provide the required contact information, including Registrant contact, Technical contact and Billing Contact. If you never created a contact, you may proceed to add a new contact. You may also tick the box if you want the Nameservers as "Default".

If your contact's type is Registrant, they can be use as registrant contact, billing contact, and technical contact. If your contact's type is Other, they only can be use as billing contact and technical contact.

Contact Information Field

Once you choose your registrant contact and already buy the domain, you can't undo or change the registrant contact anymore. You only can change contact for technical contact and billing contact only.

  1. Proceed to Payment: If the icon change to blue, it's mean you are ready to proceed to payment. You will select the bank type that you want by clicking "Please Select Bank" dropdown. After that, you will tick the Terms Of Service & Privacy Policy and then click "Pay Now" button to complete your purchases.

Confirmation and Registration

  1. Confirmation Page: After submitting payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with an option to "Go to dashboard" or "View invoice".

  1. Confirmation Email: You will also receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.
