Add New Contact
Guide on adding new contact
Navigate to Contacts page: Click the "Contacts" menu on the top navigation bar.
Add a New Contact: Click the "New Contact" button in the top right corner in "Contacts" tab.

Sudo Mode: A dialogue box will pop up, prompting you to enter your OTP token to enter sudo mode.

Form Popup: A "New Contact" form popup will appear.

New Contact Form: Enter the contact information.
TLD: Select TLD of your choosing.
Full name: Enter the full name of the contact.
Organization name: Enter the organization name of the contact. Required only if "Organization" is selected for Contact Type.
Contact for: Select the option that suits the best for the contact's purpose.
Registrant: The official owner of the domain name. Registrant can also be selected as billing, technical, or both for domain contact management at domain purchase checkout and domain management.
Other: "Other" can be selected as billing, technical, or both for domain contact management at domain purchase checkout and domain management.
Billing: Responsible for financial transactions.
Technical: Responsible for the technical maintenance and management of the domain.
Contact Type: Select the contact's background.
Individual: Refers to a single person.
Organization: Refers to a business entity or institution. This type often involves multiple individuals within the organization.
Email: Enter the email of the contact.
Phone: Enter the phone number of the contact.
Document: Upload a copy of the contact's IC or passport.
Address for Billing: Enter the full billing address of the contact.
Create: Click the "Create" button if satisfied.
Close: Click the "Close" button if you want to cancel the contact creation.
Success: A "Show Contact" popup box will appear, displaying the submitted contact information.
